A: We provide free direct-to-door pickups across Central and East Central Florida. Our primary service areas include Lake, Marion, Sumter, Volusia, and Flagler counties. If your facility is located just outside these borders, contact us to see if we can arrange a specialized pickup. 

A: Yes. For residents and small businesses in our service area, pickup is 100% free. We make our living by reclaiming the value of the raw materials inside the tech, not by charging you. 

A: This is our #1 priority. We don't just "delete" files; we physically destroy the storage drives. Please note that this complimentary data destruction is included exclusively for the hardware we collect for recycling. Once we take your hardware, that data is gone forever. 

A: No. To keep our direct-to-door pickup service 100% free, we focus exclusively on IT and computer equipment. We do not accept televisions of any kind (flat screen or CRT) or standard office printers due to their high disposal costs and lack of recyclable components. We specialize strictly in secure data destruction for computing, mobile, networking, and gaming hardware. 

A: Not at all! Most of our pickups are contactless. Just let us know where you'll leave the items (porch, garage, etc.) on the request form, and we’ll text you once they are secured in our vehicle.
